Over the years I have gotten many calls asking if a potentail client has a case.  The calls are full of emotion - apologetic for thinking of starting a legal action, and yet angry at what they feel happened to them or their family or friends.

This is a trying and difficult time for anyone.

Was this a result of error, or simply a bad result not caused by anyone's negligence? Was a licensure or disciplanary action undertaken that has two sides to the story? Was insurance coverage denied improperly? 

The sooner the question is answered - the better for peace of mind. If nothing was done wrong, then it is very comforting to know this. If negligence is involved, then the law can only try to and make the client whole again. If the client has been unfairly accussed - then the truth must be represented. If claims are denied that are contractually obligated - they should be paid.

Nine out of ten cases for the plaintiff are lost in court.  Countless hours of hard work, lots of money, and most importantly - grief for both the client and the individual unjustly sued - are the result.

I believe that with my background in medicine, law, and health economics, I am in a position to try and evaluate the true merits of your case.
