I work exclusively on reviewing medical malpractice and personal injury throughout all of Maryland and the District of Columbia within the law firm of French, Jarashow and Smith, P.A.  We also represent health care providers on issues regarding licensure, contracts, or malpractice.  We have often helped resolve reimbursement problems with insurance companies. We have offices in Annapolis, Baltimore, and the District of Columbia. In addition to being a licensed attorney, I had been a practicing surgeon for 26 years. I have recently obtained a degree in health economics. I am of counsel to the law firm of Franch, Jarashow, & Smith PA.  This allows me to advise and work with experiensed lawyers to team up in an effort to contribute everyone’s talents to your case.
