Twenty six years in the medical profession as a practicing surgeon gives me unparalleled knowledge. No matter how many years a personal injury claims attorney practices med mal, he can never appreciate all the aspects of medicine that make or break each case. I am amazed that law firms turn down cases that become incredible winners when we take over. A law firm without a doctor/lawyer simply lacks the ability to truly see all of the issues.
